This program will provide a pre-sale Visual Moisture Assessment of the property to include a report complete with photographs documenting positive and negative (if any) conditions on a given property in regards to moisture and potential mold concerns (including grading, irrigation overspray, etc.).  This is an independent follow-up on the quality of work performed by your sub-contractors in regards to potential future moisture intrusion issues.  The visual moisture assessment retails for $295 but, as part of this special program, is being offered exclusively to builders for a reduced.  In addition, we can provide a hardcopy certificate stating a new home is “Mold Compliant Certified” at point of sale (based on established ACGIH & IESO guidelines) per accredited laboratory testing of indoor and outdoor air quality samples. The “Mold Compliant Certified” document and laboratory samples (2 minimum) are available for an additional cost.

All “Mold Compliant Certified” results will be reviewed and approved by a highly qualified member of the Respircare Network team.  These reviews are performed by a Board Awarded CIAQM (Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager) or CIE (Certified Indoor Environmentalist).  Board certifications are per the AmIAQC (American Indoor Air Quality Council – www.iaqcouncil.org).
