To this end we have joined the Respircare Network (www.respirnet.com), an affiliate of the AmIAQC (American Indoor Air Quality Council) and the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association).We currently offer mold and allergen inspections as well as the EPA ERMI (EPA Relative Moldiness Index) testing.We will be adding Radon testing later this year while keeping an eye on adding other environmental testing services (asbestos, lead, water quality, etc.) in the future.

All environmental tests are processed through a certified lab and results are reviewed by an AmIAQC Board Certified CIE(Certified Indoor Environmentalist), CIEC (Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant), or a CIAQM (Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager),from the Respircare Network.

Training for environmental inspections has been pursued through the AmIAQC and IESO (Indoor Environmental Standards Organization).In addition we are IAC2 (Indoor Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants) certified.Home inspections are performed to the AZ/ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standards.Additional training includes past coursework with the Irrigation Association as a Landscape Irrigation Auditor.
